1. Prohibited Content & Behavior
We absolutely prohibit users from creating, uploading, sharing, or facilitating:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction (including photos, videos, or AI-generated media) of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers children, including digital grooming, sextortion, and child trafficking.
Underage Access: Any attempt by a minor to access or use our services.
2. Strict Age Restraints & Verification
In compliance with local laws (such as the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act), our platform is strictly for adults:
Minimum Age: Women must be at least 18 years old, and men must be at least 21 years old [or state 18+ depending on your region's legal marriage laws].
We reserve the right to demand government-issued ID verification at registration or any time an account is flagged.
Any account found to be operated by a minor, or pretending to be a minor, will be permanently banned immediately without a refund.
3. Content Moderation & Action Plan
Upon gaining actual knowledge or receiving a report of any CSAM or CSAE content on our platform:
We will immediately remove the offending material within 24 hours.
The offending user account will be permanently terminated.
We preserve all relevant device data, logs, and evidence for at least 180 days to assist law enforcement agencies.
